There are many dealers who can help your friend get a boat he/she is looking for. If you google it, you'l find bunch of companies who deal with buying and selling of boats. Depends on where does your friend reside. Cost would differ as per location, model and make. Hope that helped !!

I never recommend a tuna, unless you don't mind having your boat rocked a significant amount
