YES. The Renewal form is available at a valid uscg website. One I previously used in the past is the us vessel documentation center. It was fast and smooth. It may be mailed or faxed to 1-877-564-1398. BE SURE TO CITE THE VESSEL'S OFFICIAL NUMBER.
